About the course

This class will focus on improving fitness on a personal level. Starting with an initial assessment of fitness, and working to improve on that, focussing on personal improvement, rather than competition with others.
A typical day will include: Warm up, circuit workout or other workout including jump roping and general calisthenics, then an active game of some sort. Relays, challenges,
