Students must bring tennis shoes, water bottle, and good attitude. Bringing a tennis racquet is encouraged, but not required.

About the course

Students will learn basic tennis shots of serve, return, forehand and backhand. They will perform exercises to improve their athletic conditioning in the areas of flexibility, speed, agility, and footwork.
