Sewing machine! (I might be able to help with one, if asked) Scissors, thread, bobbin, and other basic sewing supplies. I will provide seam gauge, sewing clips, sewing guide, patterns and fabric for the basic projects. For end-of-year projects, you may need to provide fabric and/or a pattern.

About the course
Do you want to learn to sew? This is the class for you! We will learn basic sewing skills including straight and zigzag stitches, basic sewing terms, sewing curves and straight, backstitching, following patterns, and more. We will learn by completing sewing projects using your sewing machine, and by hand sewing.
